7 Stages of Consciousness and 7 Energy Bodies.

Gordon will give a talk and description on the seven Energy Bodies and Seven levels of Consciousness.
This course will take place over 3 Classes and will include exercises, meditations, and teachings on how to activate your energy body and work through the 7 stages of consciousness
Class 1. – 3rd October
Will include a teaching on what the first two energy bodies are and how you can recognise and improve them. You will also be taught about the first two stages of human and mental consciousness and how to become more aware of the higher stages of yourself. There will also be a Q&A in this class
Class 2. – 13th November
Students will be made aware of the next two energy bodies through the practice of meditation and shown how to build healing practices that help with mental strength and self-healing. There will also be a teaching on levels of consciousness dealing with the heart and mind. There will also be a Q&A in this class
Class 3. – 18th December
In this session students will be learning about the higher frequency energies that connects
